EXCITING NEWS!!! {And an Invitation}

Here at The Masterpiece Mom, our hearts burn with hope for YOU. Like all the time. – Just imagine a pot of soup left on simmer. Or a magic birthday candle refusing to be snuffed out. It’s constant. Relentless.

Yes, we have our own busy lives and busy families, but our hearts ache for you to understand and comprehend your own importance. Your own worth and callings. Ephesians 2:10 style.

We yearn for you to see the value of what are you doing. Every. Single. Day. And to encourage you in whatever season of motherhood you find yourself in.

Truthfully, it’s because of YOU that we exist as a community.

You keep showing up and loving on your little (and big) people with the understanding that you are shaping eternity. Urging the next generation Godward.

You are faithful. You are courageous. You are persistent. Even in the really hard things.

And because we love you and we want to serve you well, we are excited to share the following news with you. Because YOU, after all, are the reason we write and share and podcast and do all the Masterpiecey things we do.

So without further adieu, we are thrilled to announce that The Masterpiece Mom will have its VERY FIRST BOOK coming out SPRING of 2019!!!

I know. We’re still trying to pick our jaws up from the floor. {Cue all the confetti and happy tears and hoots and hollers.}

Clearly we serve a creative God who can see way more than we can, who has graciously opened doors we thought were out of reach.

As some of you may know, the road to traditional publishing can be a long one, and for us, it has been several years in the making. It’s a continuing story of God’s provision filled with a cast of people who firmly believe in the message of The Masterpiece Mom. We can’t wait to share more with you in the following months.

Now before we get too carried away, we wondered if we might ask a small favor.

Amanda and I want to be wise women in putting together our schedules in this next season of craziness. And this means being realistic in our juggle of family, home, work and ministry.

The bottom line is this: We need YOUR help.

And many hands make light work. So…

We will be opening up several guest post spots in the coming months and would love for you to participate.

Post criteria is as follows:

  • Approximately 400 to 700 words.
  • Submit in Word doc form.
  • Must be an original work not published anywhere else.
  • Include your name, email address, tentative post title, and a 2 sentence bio in the Word document.
  • If quoting from Scripture, please include full reference and translation.
  • Before submitting, please familiarize yourself with our community and their needs by reading through past posts. Another way to do this is to be an active participant in the conversations on our Facebook page.
  • Email to:  info@themasterpiecemom.com
  • Lastly, please understand that our calendar space is limited and articles will be chosen according to what seems to be the best fit for our readers.

Thank you for sharing in our happy news! We are excited to see what God will do with all of this and what He has up His sleeve for The Masterpiece Mom in the months and years to come.

Thank you for being a part of this community! We are thrilled and honored to serve you.

With much love,

Anne-Renee (and Amanda)
